Ellie
Level 3 Senior Educator
Ellie joins Odyssey with three years’ experience in early years education, having started her career as an apprentice at Busy Bees. Ellie is qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education and enjoys creating fun and engaging learning experiences that help every child thrive.
Last year, Ellie took part in the Busy Bees’ Talent Exchange Programme where she visited the Odyssey Preschools in Asia. This was a significant highlight in Ellie’s career as it gave her a new perspective on early years education and found the values and culture within Odyssey inspiring.
When asked about joining Odyssey in Marylebone, Ellie said: “Every child is on their own unique journey, and I’m so excited to be part of it—helping them grow, explore, and discover their full potential at Odyssey!”
Georgia
Bambino Room Manager
Meet Georgia, the Bambino Room Manager at Odyssey Marylebone. Georgia will be pivotal to the Bambino Curriculum, helping the youngest Odyssey children to feel settled and nurtured at the campus.
With a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Georgia has six years’ experience working in a childcare environment. Additionally, Georgia has training in Special Educational Needs coordination and is also working towards her SENCO certification.
When asked what her favourite part of her job is, Georgia said: “It’s the most fulfilling job, and I enjoy witnessing the babies achieve their milestones. The highlight of my career has been seeing the babies I helped settle into nursery grow into independent and confident individuals as they advance through the preschool age groups”.
Patricia
Senior Bambino Room Manager and Spanish Language Specialist
Patricia brings nearly six years of Early Years experience, with a particular focus on supporting Preschool children in their transition to primary school. She has led “Ready for School” programmes, fostering children’s independence, communication, and early literacy and numeracy skills, while working closely with families and local schools to ensure a smooth transition.
Holding a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Innovation, Patricia also teaches Spanish, enriching children’s early language experiences. Passionate about child-centred learning, she is dedicated to nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child.
Saffron
Room Manager
With over 11 years working in early years, Saffron has demonstrated her passion for young children in her practice and her qualifications. After completing her Level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications, Saffron went on to complete her Level 4 in Education and Social Policy, her Level 5 and in 2022 completed her BA Hon early Years Teaching.
Saffron loves inspiring children with imaginative play, whilst looking to incorporate the Early Years Framework into her lessons, encouraging children enjoy their learning through play at Odyssey.
Betty
Educator
Betty brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education, having worked across a range of nurseries in London. Starting her career as a Trainee Nursery Nurse, she has progressed through roles as Practitioner, Teaching Assistant, and Educator, even taking on acting Room Leader responsibilities.
She holds a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Children & Young People’s Workforce, Paediatric First Aid certification, and a BTEC in Health & Social Care, and is currently working toward her Level 3 Childcare qualification. Betty is calm, patient, and deeply committed to creating nurturing, stimulating environments where every child feels safe to explore and grow.
Passionate about building strong partnerships with families, Betty values open communication and a collaborative approach to supporting each child’s unique journey. She is excited to join Odyssey for its creative, child-centred ethos and looks forward to celebrating every milestone in the children’s development.
Amerianie
Educator
Amerianie is a dedicated Early Years educator with nearly five years of experience in childcare. She holds both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Early Years.
Throughout her career, Amerianie has worked closely with professionals such as speech and language therapists and SENCO teams to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. She is passionate about nurturing each child’s unique personality and finds great joy in seeing children reach important milestones and grow in confidence.
Amerianie enjoys creating fun, creative learning experiences and building strong relationships with children and families. She is excited to join the Odyssey community and looks forward to getting to know the children and supporting their early learning journey.
Natalie
Educator
Ms Natalie is from Odyssey Still Road in Singapore and has recently relocated to London. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has been working in Odyssey for the past 3 years.
She is dedicated to build a safe and stimulating environment to allow children to achieve their fullest potential in interpersonal relationships, work and play.
Sarah
Educator
Sarah comes to Odyssey all the way from Australia. She completed her Australian Diploma in Early Childhood in 2020 and then also went on to get her Australian Nursing qualification. Sarah has worked in early years for the majority of her career, where she has developed excellent parent partnerships, with her calm and nurturing approach to every interaction.
Sarah is a wonderful addition in our Bambino class, where she quickly settles our youngest Odyssey children. She provides reassurance and an engaging environment, where all children feel at home and ready to engage in new learning opportunities.
Muna
Educator
Muna has her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with QTS, a BSc with Honors for Diagnostic Radiography and an Extended Level 3 Diploma in Applied Science (medical), but it is Early Years Education that she is most passionate about. She knows how to make a meaningful impact on children, by allowing them to set the pace and show their interest, supporting each new learning opportunity.
Muna has a softly spoken way about her, which quickly draws children into each engagement and swiftly reassures any new settling child. She is always smiling, positive and highly skilled at supporting each individual to experience new learning opportunities.
Jade
Educator
Jade holds a New Zealand Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and has over 5 years of early years experience. She has always had a passion for fostering children’s growth and learning from the youngest age and has held room leadership roles in New Zealand.
Jade has a collaborative approach to her teaching, where she empowers her colleagues to always put children first, to foster the curiosity of children and to always ensure children experience a positive Odyssey experience.
Miglena
Educator
Miglena comes to Odyssey with her PGCE in Primary with Languages, a Level 3 Early Years Diploma and a BA Hons in French and Global Communications. Miglena is a motivated professional with a love for teaching early years.
Miglena (or Maggy as the children call her), is wonderfully patient with each child, as she encourages individual inquiry into their own learning. With her background in French and communications, she is additionally able to support Odyssey children with additional languages.
Adora
Educator
Introducing Adora, a dedicated Early Years professional, with a degree in Early Childhood Education and over 3 years of practical experience. Adora brings a passion for supporting each child’s development through engaging learning activities and inclusive practice. She is committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and creating nurturing environments where children thrive.
Adora is stilled in her behaviour observations and promotes inclusive practice so that each child’s wellbeing is at the forefront of daily activities.
