Director of Odyssey UK
Allison joins Odyssey UK with over ten years’ experience as a People and Culture professional, dedicating herself to supporting individuals in people-centric roles.
For the last five years, Allison has moved from Operations Manager to the Head of People and Culture, for a large early childhood education group with over 1600 staff. Her role has been instrumental in ensuring that children have an outstanding early years’ experience, for the best start in life.

Kelly
Director of Odyssey
As the global Director of Odyssey, Kelly led a team of educators to pioneer the first Odyssey campus in 2008. Driven by a strong passion in curriculum design, research and innovation, she is a strong advocate of the Reggio Emilia curricula that recognises children as competent and active learners.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the early childhood industry and holds a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, Boston.

Anne-Marie
Head of School
Anne-Marie is an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and QTS, and has taught across the globe in both Australian and British prep schools. With over five years in childcare, her career spans teaching from EYFS to KS2, as well as two years as Headteacher at a globally leading pre-prep school.
She brings to Odyssey a deep understanding of the EYFS and a proven track record of maintaining high standards while fostering inclusive, engaging, and child-led learning environments. Career highlights include leading a team of passionate educators, introducing innovative projects and events, and creating inspiring opportunities for children to thrive.
Deeply passionate about early childhood education, Anne-Marie values strong partnerships with families and is committed to ensuring every child’s journey is joyful, meaningful, and filled with awe and wonder. She was drawn to Odyssey’s bespoke curriculum, enriched experiences, and purpose-built environment, and looks forward to working alongside staff and families to support each child’s growth and success.

Ellie Henderson
Deputy Head of School
Ellie has worked in early years education and childcare for 6 years, supporting children from a range of backgrounds and developmental stages. Throughout her career, she has held roles including Practitioner, Room Manager, Curriculum Lead, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Third in charge, Deputy SENDCo and Deputy Manager, which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of child development, curriculum planning, safeguarding, and leading high-quality practice.
Some highlights from her career include completing her Level 6 BA Honours degree in Early Years, along with a level 3 SENDCo qualification. Ellie thrives when supporting teams to create engaging learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. She is particularly passionate about SEND inclusion and school readiness.
